I see a lot of deer these days during my walks, usually closer than this. Most of the time, they're grazing by the road staring at me, and I stare right back.
Hey, didn't you say CA had a "golden tinge" over on my blog? That looks _exactly_ like over here ---- except with deer instead of traffic. (looks like you got the better deal)
Guess the grass is always goldener on the other side of the state line, or something.
Sisyphus, I do think of California as golden, maybe because I've never lived there, but I'll take deer over traffic any day. The picture does look golden, doesn't it?
